Curb Appeal was created to be the Swiss Army knife of home services.   In fact, when buying or selling a home you need multiple service professionals often times reducing the consumer's bottom line and bottom dollar.  Our service is designed to help you eliminate the minutia punch list items without having to hire multiple service professionals.  

 

Like our namesake, our goal is to enhance the Curb Appeal of the home.  By performing work on some of the smallest details of your home, buyers and your guests will take notice your that your home is loved and well maintained.  

 

Some jobs will be too small for some service professionals putting you and your project at the bottom of the list.  Time is of the essence when selling your home.  Delays to listing your home may result in you listing late, or on a holiday or in the Fall/Winter when sale prices are not at the premium of the Spring and Summer.

Curb Appeal is designed to put the finishing touches on your home's cosmetic appearance.  We leave the larger jobs to the contractors and help put the finishing touches on your home before you list or after your purchase.
